Counselling

I am an experienced counsellor, with over twelve years of providing counselling for children, young people and adults. I offer a nurturing environment where you will be listened to, valued and accepted as a unique individual as you work through issues.

Supervision

I offer individual and group supervision. I seek to provide a collaborative and supportive space where you can reflect on your counselling work with an experienced practitioner.

I offer both in-person and online Counselling Psychotherapy and supervision.

For in-person work, I am based in Kettering, Northamptonshire - accessible from the surrounding areas of Wellingborough, Corby, Northampton and Market Harborough.
